I first met Robert when he was with Dometic. He was a true professional, knowledgeable and personable. When I needed air conditioning service he was the first and only person I considered. I was disappointed to learn that Dometic had shut down its field service division but I scoured social media to find Robert. I was thrilled to find that he had started his own business. He handled my air conditioning needs but also a longstanding propane dilemma. I heartily recommend him unconditionally for any “toy” ailments.
