Robert is the best! Honest, helpful, reasonable, and knows how to repair RV’s. We’ve had a couple of problems with our class C and Robert has expertly diagnosed each one and repaired them perfectly. One of the problems was with our refrigerator and it has been an intermitent problem since we bought it. Two dealers and a different mobile tech were unable to find the problem and fix it. Then we discovered Robert and he kept troubleshooting until he found the problem. His knowledge is amazing, his service is exceptional and his prices are reasonable!

Robert is amazing! Found out on Monday that our camper AC was not working and had a trip planned for Thursday. Called Robert on Monday and he was out there same day to diagnose the issue. Ordered parts and by Tuesday afternoon he had the new parts installed, even completing the repair in the rain!

The refrigerator in my travel trailer needed to be replaced. I was referred to Robert by the first tech company that I made contact with because the soonest they had a mobile appointment available was 4/22. I reached out to Robert on 4/13 and he promptly responded and scheduled me for 4/16 in the morning. Robert arrived on time on 4/16 and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He took all the necessary warranty information and he reached out to the insurance company to process the claim. Robert kept me informed every step of the way regarding that process. Robert called me later in the day to inform me that he could come by next morning and replace the refrigerator as everything was taken care of with the insurance. Robert was punctual when arrived on 4/17. He removed the old refrigerator and installed the new one in about 45 minutes. He was very careful with the removal and install as it was a pretty tight squeeze getting into and out of the trailer with the fridge. Robert works cleanly and is proactive to ensure no damage occurs to floors, walls or frames. Once he finished the install he made sure the fridge was working properly. Robert is a true professional and I am happy to recommend him to anyone that may be having any type of issues with their RV’s or travel trailers. Thank you Robert for your fast and professional response to my issue!

Robert of Mobile Toy Doctor visited our camping site, diagnosed our dead compressor refrigerator issue on Thursday the day after we called him. Then he came out the following Tuesday the day after the new refrigerator arrived. He did all of the paperwork with the extended warranty service provider and did a wonderful job removing the old refrigerator and putting in the new one. We only had to pay our extended warranty deductible plus state taxes. We highly recommend Robert as he was responsive and clearly knew what he was doing. Based upon his previous job experience with Dometic he is definately an expert in RV refrigeration and air conditioning repair and replacement. I am sure he can work on other RV systems as well but I saw first hand his expertise in these areas. If you need help in the Orlando or Clermont Florida areas, Robert is a the one to contact. He helped us find and repair water leak that we thought was coming from refrigerator, but he was persistent and found leak behind wood paneling under sink in our coach. I called Robert very late in the day because my refrigerator stopped working. Robert was on anther job and ending his day. It was late. He walked me through a diagnosis on the phone and was prepared to drive the approximate 30 miles to my site to help. Because of his assistance over the phone, I was able to find the problem and self repair. He charged me nothing, although there would have been an expected charge if he had come to my unit. The AC/Heat Pump system in our Monaco Motorhome developed issues just as the bad weather arrived in Central FL after New Year’s. Robert @ Mobile Toy Doctor is truly amazing. My Norcold refrigerator temperature wouldn’t go below 60°. I had to throw out over $200. worth of groceries. I called seven different mobile repair companies and no one would touch it because it is still under factory warranty. Called Mobile Toy Doctor and is was Robert to the Rescue. He was in the area on another emergency and came right over. His diagnosis was quick and precise. With skilled hands and invaluable knowledge he solved the problem in a matter of minutes, and at a fair price I might add. My refrigerator is now running cold @ 38°. Robert is wonderful! His business is new but he has many years of experience and training. His customer service is outstanding! He made time to come out the same day I called. Our refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He was so honest and polite that I had him look at a couple of other issues. He took time to look at each one and explained what he would do to fix everything. He kept me updated on the parts he had to order and when he would be back. He arrived on-time and took time to troubleshoot our awning motor before replacing it. He also adjusted our awning so it will close properly, inspected our roof, and checked our water heater. He never acted rushed and he explained everything as he was doing the repairs. His pricing is beyond fair and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing work on their rv!
